As a user of UpShift.One, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Career recommendations and assessments are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPShift.One SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
